If you notice any discrepancies in your data before the respective sync SLAs as described below, there is no need to worry as the data will be updated within that timeframe.

Advertising Performance data (Sales, Spend, etc.):

Performance data for the last two days is refreshed every 4 hours. Older historical data for the past 60 days is updated once a day.

Note: Amazon may update it's own data with a delay of up to 24 hours. This essentially means that the latest day's data may be incomplete for up to 24 hours.

If you are on a plan that supports Amazon Marketing Stream (AMS), you can view the latest data on the Hourly Performance tab on the Dashboard.

Dimensional data (Campaigns, Targets, Products, etc.):

The current dimensional data refresh frequency is between 6-8 hours. If you have updated your campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and other related entities on your Amazon Ads Console and they are not reflected in your Adbrew account, Adbrew's Force Refresh feature will update that information on an immediate basis. Note: Please note that the Force Refresh feature does not refresh performance data or metrics.

Organic data (Seller/Vendor central data):

The current organic data refresh frequency is once a day.

Note: Even though we refresh the data once a day, Amazon may update it's own data with a delay of up to 48 hours. This essentially means that it may take up to 48 hours for you to see today's organic data.

Product price & Best Seller Rank (BSR) data:

The product price and Best Seller Rank (BSR) data are refreshed once a day.
