Here's a breakdown of how you might be charged in the monthly invoice.

Each invoice typically includes these components:

  1. Next Month’s Minimum Subscription Prepayment - This is the minimum monthly subscription charge for the upcoming month. For example, an invoice dated October 1 will include the minimum subscription charge for the month of October.

  2. Adjustments for Previous Month’s Ad Spend (Overage Charges) - If your ad spend in the previous month exceeded the minimum subscription threshold, this overage amount is calculated as an additional charge. This ensures your payment aligns with actual usage from the previous month. This is based on the pricing plan fixed for you.

  3. Other Billing Adjustments - Occasionally, adjustments may be made for any mid-month changes in your plan or usage, and these will appear on the invoice for clarity.

**Please note that the breakdown sheet may also include separate charges for add-on features such as AMC, DSP, Shareable Links, SOV, etc. which you might have opted for.

Invoice Details -

  • Invoice Date: This is the date the invoice is generated.

  • Billing Period: Specified in the “Notes” section, the billing period covers adjustments for the previous month’s usage and the prepayment for the upcoming month.

For example: October’s invoice would reflect September's usage adjustments plus the upfront subscription charge for October.
