If you decide to close your account mid-month and have already submitted a notice, your billing will be handled as follows:
1. Fixed monthly fee is not refundable
If your plan includes a fixed monthly fee (e.g., $799 or 2%, whichever is higher), the fixed component (the $799) is non-refundable, even if you choose to discontinue the service mid-cycle.
This applies whether:
The invoice has already been generated, or
The auto-charge has already gone through.
2. Only the usage-based (2%) charges are prorated
If your ad spend results in charges above the fixed fee threshold, these overage charges will be prorated based on the number of days you used the service during the billing month.
Example:
You are on the $799 or 2% plan.
The invoice for $799 has already been generated and/or paid.
After 15 days, you request to close the account.
In this case:
The $799 fixed fee remains non-refundable.
We will review your ad spend for the 15 days you were active.
If your prorated 2% usage charge for those 15 days exceeds $799, only the additional difference will be billed.
If it does not exceed $799, you owe nothing additional.
3. Off-boarding
Any prorated overage (if applicable) must be cleared to complete the off-boarding process. Your account will then be closed at the end of the current billing period to ensure no new charges accrue.
