If you decide to close your account in the middle of the month and have already handed us a notice, charges will be calculated on a pro-rated basis. The monthly charges include the period you have used the service for.
For example:
If your contract states the monthly charge is $499 or 2% (whichever is higher) and you decide to leave on the 15th (middle of the month). In this case, we'll calculate the monthly charges according to the said pricing. Let's say your monthly charges total $600. We'll prorate this to 15 days, and you'll be charged $300.
