How to Connect Adbrew MCP with an AI Assistant

A
Written by Adbrew Support

Adbrew MCP allows you to connect your Adbrew workspace directly with an AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once connected, you can ask the AI assistant questions about your Adbrew accounts, advertising performance, campaigns, automations, rulesets, Share of Voice, and more using natural language.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure:

  • You have an active Adbrew account.

  • You have access to the required advertising accounts within Adbrew.

  • Your AI assistant supports connecting to remote MCP servers.

Adbrew MCP URL

Use the following URL when configuring the MCP connection:

https://api.adbrew.io/mcp

Connecting Adbrew MCP

The exact menu names may vary depending on the AI assistant you are using, but the setup process is generally the same.

Step 1: Open MCP or Connector Settings

Open your AI assistant and navigate to its Settings, Integrations, Connectors, or MCP Servers section.

Look for an option such as:

  • Add MCP Server

  • Add Custom Connector

  • Connect MCP

  • Add Integration

Step 2: Add Adbrew MCP

Create a new MCP connection and enter:

Name

Adbrew

MCP Server URL

https://api.adbrew.io/mcp

Then click Connect, Add, or Save, depending on your AI assistant.

Step 3: Authenticate with Adbrew

Authenticate your Adbrew account and authorize the AI assistant to access your Adbrew workspace.

The AI assistant will only be able to access the organizations and advertising accounts available to your authenticated Adbrew user.

Step 4: Verify the Connection

Once connected, start a new conversation and try asking:

What Adbrew accounts do I have access to?

If the connection is successful, the AI assistant should be able to retrieve the accounts available to your Adbrew user.

What Can You Ask the AI Assistant?

Once Adbrew MCP is connected, you can interact with your advertising data using natural-language questions.

Account Performance

For example:

  • Compare the performance of my accounts over the last 30 days.

  • Which accounts have the highest ACOS this month?

  • Compare spend, sales, and ROAS across my accounts.

Campaign Analysis

For example:

  • Show my top 10 campaigns by spend for the last 30 days.

  • Which campaigns have ACOS above 40%?

  • Find campaigns that spent more than $500 but generated fewer than 5 orders.

Keywords and Targets

For example:

  • Show keywords with high spend and zero orders.

  • Find my worst-performing targets by ACOS.

Automation

You can also analyze how Adbrew automation is configured and performing.

For example:

  • Show all active rulesets on this account.

  • Which campaigns don't have automation enabled?

  • Which automation rules are triggering most frequently?

  • Compare automated campaigns against campaigns without automation.

Dayparting

For example:

  • Show the active dayparting strategies for this account.

  • Which campaigns are associated with my dayparting strategy?
