Why aren't my automation rules applying as expected?

If some automation rules aren’t applying, check the following:

1. Ensure the automation toggle for each campaign is enabled in the Campaign Manager. You can enable automation by going to Campaign Manager > Select the campaigns > Actions > Enable automation

2. Verify that there are campaigns associated with the rule in question. Simply search for the campaign inside linked campaign tab in rulesets page.

3. Confirm that the rule's conditions are correctly configured.
