Submitting a Ticket

There are three types of tickets that you can raise with Adbrew. When you feel stuck or do not understand why something is not working, and our self-help features haven't been able to help you out, you can raise a 'Support Request'. If you find a bug in the app, and are sure something is not working right, please submit a 'Report a Bug' ticket. And, if you ever feel that a certain feature is missing or would be a good addition to the tool, you can easily submit a feature request yourself.

To raise a ticket, click on the blue icon at the bottom right of your screen to open the chat window. On the home screen of that pop-up, scroll to the bottom to find "Create a ticket" section.


Here, you can choose the type of ticket you want to submit and enter all the details that you can share with us regarding your ticket, including any images that you may want to add.

Q. Will we be charged a fee to submit a feature request?

A. No. Your suggestions help in improving Adbrew in the long run. We won't charge you for this!
