The dashboard is a powerful tool at our customers' disposal to address all reporting needs. Previously, customers had to download data in CSV format to create their views manually. With the introduction of the custom dashboard and shareable dashboard capabilities, these limitations are resolved. Customers can now create advanced reports and share them with stakeholders through a shareable link.

The shareable dashboard can also feature your own brand logo and custom domain (additional charges apply).

Capabilities of the Custom Dashboard

  1. Create or Clone Dashboards:

    • Create new dashboard views from scratch.

    • Clone existing dashboards to reuse a similar layout.

  2. Add or Remove Widgets and Widget Groups:

    • Include or exclude widgets/widgets groups to tailor your dashboard.

  3. Apply Campaign Label and Type Filters:

    • Assign specific filters to widgets for a more targeted analysis.

  4. Set Date Range Preferences for Widgets:

    • Widgets can inherit the dashboard date picker’s range, have dynamic date ranges (e.g., Last week), or static fixed date ranges.

  5. Resize and Rearrange Widgets:

    • Adjust widget sizes and positions for a personalized view.

  6. Delete Unneeded Dashboards:

    • Remove outdated dashboards to keep your workspace clutter-free.
