When you log in to Adbrew, you will automatically be taken to the Dashboard page by default. From this page, you can easily view the account activities and dive deeper into them.
The summary section in Dashboard: The Dashboard's summary section provides a high-level overview of key metrics such as SOV keywords added, smart recommendations, product goals, terms, changes, and scheduled automation. With this information at a glance, you can quickly gain insight into your account's performance and take action as needed.
Right below the summary section, there will be 4 different tabs shown:
Let’s talk about each of these tabs in detail:
Overview Tab & Trends Graph: In this tab, you can view performance metrics for the selected time period in the "Current" date picker, as well as percentage changes based on the time period selected in the "Compare with" date picker. All performance metrics are displayed in one location and can be filtered by selecting different placements, campaign labels, campaign types, particular campaigns, or ad group. To view additional metrics such as Total Page views, Ad Sales %, Total Sales, and TACOS, it is necessary to connect your Seller/Vendor account. The graph under this tab allows you to plot different metrics and adjust their frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) for better insight generation. The available metrics to select from are listed in the Metrics drop-down menu and a maximum of three metrics can be plotted at a time to avoid clutter.
If you select only a single metric in the metric drop-down, then you unlock an additional drop-down on the graph which can be used to view the breakup of data by placements, or by campaign types.
You can use the expand button to see the plotted data in a tabular form which is also exportable.
Reports Tab: The Campaign and Product level reports are generated in this area based on the category and sub-category labels applied to the campaigns and products. These reports provide an overview of the performance metrics for the grouped campaigns or products within a specific category (or sub-category) and allow for quick analysis.
Click on the "3 dots" on any report and then click on "export" to download that particular report in a CSV file. You need to add Labels to your products to get the Reporting section and if you haven't already, you can refer to the following article: Category and Product grouping.
Trends Tab: The SOV summary provides a visual and tabular representation of the keywords being tracked based on the metric selected on the top right. To view the data in a table format, you can click "Show Table." When you hover over the bars, you can view the percentage change, as well as the previous and current figures. These figures are based on the selected date range in the date picker, and the percentage change is calculated based on these two values. The metrics shown can be selected from the options provided and up to 3 metrics can be viewed at a time, and you can also change the sort order based on a particular performance metric.
Hourly Performance Tab: The Hourly Performance tab shows you the performance of your Sponsored Products campaigns at an hourly granularity based on the metric that you have selected in the metric drop-down. This data can be filtered on the basis of campaign label, campaign, and placements. You can see the data in form of a heatmap or a graph by selecting the respective option on the top right.
Brand Analytics: This section presents graphical representations of Term Share, Campaign Share, Targeting Share and Placement Share based on the selected metric in the card. You can change the metric and the graph will also adjust accordingly.
The Brand Analytics section also includes the ability to expand a specific card and view all related graphs and tables in one place. By clicking on the "Expand" button, you can access all metrics in one location.
By clicking on the "Download" button (indicated by the arrow), you can download a PDF version of the card. Additionally, clicking on the "Export" button (indicated by the rectangle) will allow you to download the tabular data in CSV format.
Top Campaigns: In this section, the "Top Campaigns" are sorted based on a selected metric and sort order (indicated by the upward/downward arrow). You can see up to the top 50 campaigns based on the selected metric by increasing the number of Rows per page from the bottom right of the table. This allows you to view performance metrics for each campaign and quickly analyze underperforming campaigns. The "Top Products", "Top Keywords", “Top Targets”, and “Top Search Terms” tabs function in a similar manner. You can also download the table data in CSV format by clicking on the "Download" button.
Trending Campaigns: In the "Trending Campaigns" tab, you can view campaigns that have experienced the most significant change over the selected time period. You can see this table in the form of a chart by clicking on the “Show Chart” button. The "Trending Products", "Trending Keywords", “Trending Targets”, and “Trending Search Terms” tabs work in a similar way and can be sorted by the "Sort by Change" option. These tabs provide a variety of metrics to choose from and you can also download the table data in CSV format by clicking the download button.
