You can make changes in bulk using the Bulk Update Campaigns option.
Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the table and select Bulk Update Campaigns. Download the sample CSV to see the values you can update. Edit the CSV to have your campaigns' data and the new values. Save the file as a CSV and upload it from the same pop-up. The data will be updated in the next few minutes.
You can also use this option to add labels in bulk. There is no limitation on how many labels you can add in this way.

No, you need to use the Update Campaign State option under the Action button to complete this action.
Q. Can we manage bids in bulk from here?
No, bids exist at the target-level and not at the campaign level. You can manage all your bids, regardless of whether they are auto or manual campaigns, from the target analyser in bulk.
