Bid management is a crucial aspect of optimization in Adbrew. To facilitate efficient bid adjustments, Adbrew provides bulk editing tools for both campaign-level bid thresholds and keyword/target bids. This guide will walk you through the steps for bulk bid adjustments, enhancing your efficiency while maintaining precise controls.

Bulk Updating Max Bids Across Campaigns (Campaign Manager)

To adjust maximum bid values in bulk for all campaigns, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the Campaign Manager: - Navigate to the Campaign Manager page in Adbrew.

  2. Open Bulk Update Tool: - Click the menu icon (three dots) next to the Actions button. - Select Bulk update campaigns.

  3. Download the CSV Template: - In the Bulk Update modal, download the preformatted CSV template.

  4. Edit the CSV File: - Open the downloaded CSV file. - Locate the Max Bid column and update the bid values as required. - Remove any columns that you don’t need to modify.

  5. Upload the Edited File: - Return to the Bulk Update modal in Adbrew. - Upload your edited CSV file to apply the changes across all selected campaigns.

  6. Please note that the Max and Min values are only applicable if they are used in a ruleset. Just setting them at the campaign level will not set the bid caps.

Bulk Adjustments of Bids for Specific Auto Targets (Targets Page)

To update bids for specific auto targets in bulk, use the Targets page:

  1. Access the Targets Page: - Navigate to the Targets page in Adbrew.

  2. Switch to Flat View: - Click the menu (three dots) and select Show flat view. - This mode consolidates all auto targets into a comprehensive list.

  3. Select and Adjust Bids: - Select multiple targets you wish to modify. - Adjust their bids in bulk using the provided interface options.
