If you notice missing or incorrect organic metrics in Adbrew, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Brand Not Configured:
After linking your Seller or Vendor account with Adbrew, you must define the brands for which you want to view data. If brands are not configured, organic metrics may not display correctly.
How to Configure Brands:
Navigate to the Account Manager page.
Go to the Seller/Vendor tab.
Click on the Settings icon next to your linked account.
In the Brand Selection dropdown, select all brands for which you want to view data.
If you want to see data for all brands, ensure everything is selected in the dropdown.
2. Incorrect Sales Metric & Distrubutor View Selected
The distributor view and sales metric you choose during account configuration also affect the values displayed for total sales, total orders, etc.
Adbrew provides two distributor view options:
Sourcing
Manufacturing
Adbrew provides three sales metric options:
Ordered Revenue
Shipped Revenue
Shipped COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)
Which Metric Should You Choose?
Seller Central Users: Usually select Ordered Revenue.
Vendor Central Users: Choose between Shipped Revenue or Shipped COGS, depending on what they consider as sales.
If the wrong metric is selected, your organic/total sales data may not match what you expect.
3. Data Synchronization Delay
Even if everything is configured correctly, data mismatches can still occur due to Amazon’s data synchronization delays.
Amazon updates Seller/Vendor Central data daily, but there can be a delay of up to 48 hours.
If you see discrepancies, exclude the last 2-3 days in your date range picker to get the most accurate data.
4. Data Missing Right After Linking a New Account
When you first connect a new Seller/Vendor account, Adbrew starts fetching data through Amazon’s Rapid Retail integration. Rapid Retail provides sales, TACOS, and related metrics in near real-time, starting from the exact hour the account is connected.
However, Amazon’s older reporting method (which provides historical data) comes with a 48-hour delay. This means:
For the first 48 hours after connecting your account, the most recent 2 days of data may appear incomplete or missing.
As time progresses and Amazon’s delayed data fills in, the gaps for those first 2 days will be automatically resolved.
What You Can Do
If you have just linked a new account and see missing data, wait at least 48 hours. After this period, your total sales, TACOS, and other organic metrics will backfill and appear complete.
