We’ve expanded Campaign Launcher to support Sponsored Brands campaign creation in Adbrew.
Until now, Campaign Launcher supported launching Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display campaigns.
With this release, you can now also create Sponsored Brands campaigns through the same familiar workflow you already use for launch strategies and bulk campaign creation.
The overall process remains the same as the existing Campaign Strategy and Campaign Launcher flow. Users first build the structure in Campaign Strategies, then move to Campaign Launcher, select the strategy, add products, review the campaign setup, and launch in bulk.
What’s new
When using the campaign strategy, you’ll now see support for the SB and SBV campaign setup as part of the launch flow.
After selecting your strategy and adding products, you can now:
Configure Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Brands Video campaign tabs
Enter the brand name
Add the headline
Choose the creative
Review the final preview
Add keywords or targets before launch
This keeps Sponsored Brands setup aligned with the same strategy-based launch experience users already follow in Campaign Launcher.
New. Creative Manager for asset management and AI generation
We’ve also added a dedicated Creative Manager page under the Campaign Management module in the left sidebar.
Creative Manager allows all advertisers to manage creatives in one place. Users can view creatives synced from Amazon Ads Console, upload new image and video creatives, and manage assets for campaign use.
For advertisers eligible for AI-based video generation, the Generate AI Creative button provides access to the AI video generator. This feature is currently available only for the US marketplace.
How it works
1. To get started, navigate to Creative Manager from the left sidebar.
2. Once there, click on the Generate with AI button.
3. You will be prompted to enter a product ASIN. This is the only required input for generating videos.
4. You also have the option to include additional assets such as images, videos, or logos from your asset library. While optional, providing these assets helps the AI tailor the video more closely to your brand and product. If no additional assets are selected, the AI will still generate videos using available product data.
5. After submitting your request, the video generation process begins automatically.
Video generation and status
Once submitted, your request is scheduled and processed in the background. It can take up to 10 minutes to generate up to six video variations.
To track progress, go to the Pending tab within the Creative Manager page. This tab shows the current status of your request:
Pending: Your video is still being generated
Review: Your video is ready for preview and selection
When the status changes to Review, you can click on the video icon in the first column to view all generated variations.
Reviewing and approving videos
You can preview all available variations and select the ones you like. Once selected, click Approve to finalize your choice.
After approval, the selected videos are saved and synced automatically. They will appear in the Assets tab within Creative Manager and will also be available in your Amazon Seller Central Campaign Manager under creative assets.
These approved videos can then be used across Sponsored Brands Video and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Important considerations
Generated videos are available for a limited time. If no videos are approved within 6 hours of generation, they will expire and be automatically removed. It is recommended to review and approve videos promptly to avoid losing them.
Current limitations
There are two important limitations to keep in mind in this first version:
1. Product page landing page only
At the moment, Adbrew can only create Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Brands Video ads that send shoppers to a product page. Support for the Store page as a landing page is not included yet, but it is planned on the roadmap.
2. Category targeting is not supported in the ad group during launch
You currently cannot add category targeting inside the ad group setup in Adbrew for these campaigns.
As a workaround, we recommend adding a product target during setup so the ad group is created as a product targeting ad group. After launch, you can then use the Amazon Ads Console to add category targets.
