The Campaign Manager in AdBrew provides a centralized hub for managing and monitoring all your Amazon ad campaigns. Through this interface, users can access vital campaign metrics, apply automation settings, adjust budgets, and apply rules to optimize campaigns.

Overview of Campaign Manager Features

On the Campaign Manager page, you’ll find a list of all your active campaigns with detailed information on:

  • Campaign Name: Unique identifiers for each campaign.

  • Type & Status: View whether each campaign is an auto or manual campaign and whether it’s for Sponsored Products, Brands, or Display ads.

  • Status Indicators: A green dot denotes enabled campaigns, yellow indicates paused campaigns, and red indicates archived campaigns.

  • Performance Metrics: View real-time metrics like spend, sales, ACoS, clicks, orders, and units. Use Edit Columns to rearrange these metrics based on your preferences.

Campaign-Specific Columns

Certain columns display additional details, particularly for Sponsored Display campaigns:

  • Budget Type, Cost Profile, Delivery Profile, and Tab Type provide insights into Brands and Display campaign settings.

Key Features & Controls

  1. Automation Control:

    • Automation Toggle: Enable or disable automation settings on each campaign with a single toggle. This guardrail prevents automated changes from applying if automation is off, even when rules are set (e.g., bid management or target movement). Hovering over the toggle shows the number of automations that are currently linked with the campaign.

  2. Label Management:

  3. Budget Adjustments:

    • Live & Bulk Updates: Adjust budgets for individual campaigns or update them in bulk.

    • Budget Utilization Analysis: Shows how quickly a campaign exhausts its budget throughout the day, with average utilization by hour.

Quick Actions:

  • Day Parting Strategy: Apply or remove time-based adjustments to show ads at optimal times.

  • Thresholds: Adjust campaign thresholds, such as target ACoS, to align with performance goals.

  • Add/Remove Labels: Update campaign labels in bulk for better categorization.

  • Performance Trends & Graphing: Visualize performance metrics over time and break down spend across multiple campaigns.

  • Update Campaign State: Quickly pause or archive campaigns as needed.

  • Automation Rule Configuration: Assign and configure multiple rule sets, including bid management, budget adjustments, and placement-specific settings, from a single view.

Filters and Saved Views:

  • Filter Options: Refine campaigns based on criteria like state (enabled or paused), ACoS percentage, budget utilization hour, and more.

  • Saved Filters: Save frequently used filters for quick access. For example, create a saved filter for campaigns with high ACoS but low budget utilization to target budget reallocation opportunities.

  • Default Filters: Set default filters, which are auto-applied at login for faster account management and optimized loading times.

Single Campaign Details View:

  • Clicking on a campaign name opens its detailed view, showing:

    • Ad Groups & Performance: See ad group-specific data and overall performance metrics.

    • Placements Data: Adjust bid multipliers based on placement performance (e.g., Top of Search).

    • Product Performance: Review the performance of each advertised product.

    • Search Terms & Targets: Track which search terms and targets are driving performance and apply negative targeting if necessary.

    • Automations: Check and configure all the automations that are linked to this campaign (bid management, target movement, etc.) from a single tab.

    • Change History: Check the history of automation-driven changes.

    • Hourly Performance Analysis: Examine trends by hour and day for campaign performance insights.
